We have developed several team youth training programs to maintain top notch physical fitness, youth athleticism, and team building.

We have developed several team youth training programs to maintain top notch physical fitness, youth athleticism, and team building.

We aim to focus on the following aspects of player physical development:

  • Power and acceleration
  • Top speed
  • Quickness and foot speed
  • Ability to decelerate
  • Total body strength
  • Decreased chance of injury

These programs were designed to ensure the continuity of physical and mental development in our young athletes. Our programs are intended to teach kids to be the best they can be by preparing them to compete at both recreational and elite levels of competition. We combine skill building, team communication, problem solving, physical fitness and emotional wellness. This creates a perfect environment for fostering the future generations of professional athletes.

The training programs are broken down into 30 minute sessions twice per week. To sign up as a team, a minimum count of 10 participants is required and a maximum count of 30 athletes.
